The Two Vincenzo's

Could they be the same man?

I have been aware of 2 men named Vincenzo Napolitano born about the same time. Only recently has it occurred to me that they could be the same person. Since Maria Stella Nicastro died in 1839, and the "other" Vincenzo did not have a child with his wife Caterina Filippo until 1841, they could indeed be the same man. If I can confirm this with the marriage record of Vincencezo and Caterina, this would connect a huge portion of the Napolitano family. Vincenzo and Maria Stella had 6 children that I have found so far. Vincenzo and Caterina Filippo had 9 children. If the 2 Vincenzo's are the same man then he had 15 children! More will come as I learn more.
